3. Health Reports and Content
Health reports made available through the App are provided for your personal access and reference. The App facilitates secure delivery of reports prepared by authorized medical professionals. It does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
5. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, branding, software, and content associated with Precise Health Portal remain the property of Pristine Medical Solutions Pvt.Ltd. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App without prior written permission.
6. Service Availability
We strive to keep the App available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features as needed for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pristine Medical Solutions Pvt.Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including issues related to report delivery delays, temporary outages, or unauthorized access caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, or if your employer or organization withdraws authorization. You may stop using the App at any time.
