- Authentication Data (OTP): OTPs are temporary and are retained only for the short period needed to complete login verification, after which they are automatically discarded.
- Health Reports: Medical checkup reports are retained for as long as they are required for your access through the App and for compliance with applicable occupational health, employment, or legal record-keeping requirements. When retention is no longer required, reports are securely deleted or made inaccessible.
- Device Information: Retained only as long as needed for security, troubleshooting, and App integrity, and then deleted or aggregated.

We will honor deletion requests unless we are legally required or otherwise obligated to retain certain information. When we delete data, we take reasonable steps to remove it from our active systems; residual copies may remain in secure backups for a limited period until those backups are rotated or purged.
